Nestled in the green surroundings of Rollingergrund/Belair-Nord in Luxembourg City, this thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished space radiates calm and serenity, creating the perfect environment for health and wellbeing practices. Available for hourly rental, it’s ideal for individual sessions such as massage, energy work, coaching, or consultations, as well as group activities like classes, workshops, trainings, and seminars.

The main open area spans approximately 35m² and comes fully equipped with mats, bolsters, blankets, straps, and eye pillows. A smaller 10m² room features a premium Earthlite massage table and a futon for floor-based bodywork, which can also be transformed into a comfortable consultation space with chairs.

Additional amenities include a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a workspace, a small shop, and rotating exhibitions - providing a vibrant, inspiring environment for both you and your clients.
