Yoga with Mia
Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga asana (postures) where we mindfully transition from posture to posture led by the flow of the breath.
Vinyasa yoga is a more dynamic yoga asana practice that offers creativity and freedom of movement, a sense of calm, presence and focus, a reconnection with yourself through your breath along with increased strength and flexibility.
This practice is for everybody and it can benefit every body.
I teach individual 1:1 lessons, in person or online, as well as occasional group classes in Luxembourg.

I am a certified vinyasa yoga teacher and did my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Portugal in April 2021 with the beautiful team at True North Vinyasa. I'm also registered with Yoga Alliance.
