My approach and thoughts about health and wellbeing

As a holistic health practitioner and coach, it is my aim to make you feel better, have more energy, sleep better and feel more balanced. I believe in food as medicine and the great importance of our food choices and how we nourish ourselves.

We live in an increasingly fast-paced world and our bodies and minds are very often under a lot of stress. We have lost touch with what it really means to nourish our bodies and minds for lack of time, energy and convenience. We have forgotten where our food comes from and the importance of sourcing the things we put in our bodies.

When our digestive system isn't working optimally and is put under further stress we will feel it mentally and physically. It affects our overall wellbeing and our daily life. Our nervous system health affects our gut health and our gut health affects our nervous system health. It's a cycle, an exchange.

The key word to my approach is balance. 

It can be hard to know what to do and where to start. But I will challenge you to become more aware of your own innate sense of what is good for you and encourage you to take charge of your own health as an investment for your wellbeing and your future.

Drawing on ancient systems like Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, intertwined with modern approaches and my own experiences and knowledge, I aspire to help you create more balance and find more wellbeing through nutrition and lifestyle shifts that can also be beautifully complemented with bodywork and mindful movement to make this a truly holistic transformation.

I offer holistic health and nutrition coaching in-person in Luxembourg or worldwide online and would love to empower you to make better decisions for yourself.

Why holistic health coaching?

A little background

Aside from ever since I remember having been interested in and curious about health, wellbeing and nutrition, and passionate about cooking, whole foods, spices and herbs and experimenting in the kitchen. I have also studied with Academy Healing Nutrition where I have been able to further experiment hands-on with cooking and learning so many new, interesting (and of course healthy) ways of preparing nourishing and well balanced meals and drinks, healing tonics and elixirs and exploring medicinal plants and herbs more profoundly. Through this incredibly rich course, I have also taken a much deeper dive into ancient systems like Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Element Theory and Ayurveda.

Offerings

Working with me will be an exploratory journey where we will jointly find what works best for you and your individual constitution. We’ll do a thorough assessment which includes a health questionnaire, food journaling, determining your unique body type through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda and an initial intake discussion to go a little deeper. We will not only look at food and nutrition but also your general lifestyle, needs and goals.

Holistic Health Assessment

Thorough health assessment where through food journaling, a questionnaire and a 90 minute coaching session we will be able to determine your body type and tendencies through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine and find patterns of imbalance and areas of improvement.
You will leave with a recommendation document of 30+ pages tailored to you unique constitution.

Approximately 5 weeks
​1st session: Holistic health assessment  90 minutes 

2nd session: Individualised recommendations 60 minutes 
3rd session: Follow-up session 30-60 minutes
