The Holistic Package

Through this 12-week programme, you’re committing to, and investing in your own health and wellbeing. We’ll work together to find a more sustainable lifestyle based around nutrition, the seasons, your individual body type, movement, bodywork therapy, your specific needs and likes with the aim for you to create more awareness and balance in body and mind. We will work around your schedule and find areas where new habits can be formed. You are the owner of this journey, you are in charge of your own health, but I’ll be there to guide you along the way with this 12-week programme. 

Programme outline

This programme represents a rough outline of what to expect and is adaptable to your specific needs and schedule.

Weeks 1-4

  • Review of the assessment and food journal, going a little deeper and taking an honest look at your unique eco-system.
  • TCM body type analysis
  • Defining goals based on your needs.

W2 
  • Presentation of your unique plan based on body type, needs, goals
  • Food recommendations
  • Activity recommendations
  • Setting intentions 
60 minutes

  • 60-minute Ayurvedic Yoga Massage 
  • Food shopping trip 
  • Cooking workshop 
  • 1:1 yoga class 
60-90 minutes

  • Introducing a new topic related to holistic health and wellbeing based around your needs
